Handcarved and Intarsia doors

Intarsia is a technique for sculpting pictures from different woods utilizing color, texture, shape, and thickness.  It has also been referred to as "Sculptural Marquetry."   The appearance is similar to stained glass, but without the security problems that arise over the use of glass in the entryway.
